How do you think Microservices should be designed?

I am proclaiming that 2019 is the year of the Microservice implementation project. Organizations have been hoovering over this technology, indeed using it at Google and Netflix, but haven't quite figured out how to implement Microservices in their organization.
This blog is dedicated to those organizations and to collective thoughts, dreams, designs, advice, etc. on this strategic objective.
The popular BPMs Pega, Appian, etc. Will need to refactor or rewrite their existing platforms for microservices and container architectures
BPM will need to rely on Event driven asynchronous microservi es or the architecture will be suboptimal
